John, Greg, and Todd came in with their ‘A game and gave it their all from start to finish. This job was a challenge (understatement) but as a result of the combined experience, they figured out all the pros and cons for the best possible solution. The two days of work went smoothly as they gave full attention to all details from the initial home prep (floors, furnishings, etc.) to the final clean-up both inside and outside. We were completely impressed with how careful they were to avoid any damage.
They were open to all communication with us being on-site owners and their positive attitudes made for a very pleasant and comfortable work environment. This project has been ten years in the making as we struggled to research every source possible to get our original doors working properly as they should have at the time of installation. Making the ultimate choice to go with your local business, Thompson Doors, turned out to be the success story after so much lost time and enjoyment of the outside space.
