We got home from the grocery store last night around 6 pm and upon trying to close our garage had a cable uncoil on one side of our garage door.  We spent the next 30 minutes trying to just get the door to close so we could deal with it the next day but that didn’t work. We just moved into our house and noticed this businesses sticker so we called their emergency line. Absolutely great experience with using Thompson. Taking my work request, to being on time. Lady at front office very respectful and customer oriented. The installer for my new motor and other parts was Ken H. Another outstanding employee who knows his job, very respectful and great to have at our house. Recommend this company highly. I needed a new garage door opener. I went to their office on a Saturday to see what was available and what schedule they offer. A young lady helped me and seemed very knowledgeable. I was please to know they offer Saturday appointments. My appointment was set for 2 weeks out with an 8am-10am window. The service was expected to take 2-3 hours. They called the day before to confirm and showed up at 7:57am the next day. The technician was very friendly and appeared knowledgeable as well. The time to complete the project was close to what was mentioned. It was a great overall experience. On a side note, they have a billboard up right now that just says Merry Christmas.
