We wanted to take this opportunity to update you on our operations at Thompson Garage Doors during the COVID-19 spread. We will continue business as usual which includes answering emergency calls regarding broken garage doors, commercial door issues, and door installs.
That being said, we are taking serious safety precautions including no contact during visits and ensuring that employees are taking sanitation seriously by constantly washing their hands and disinfecting everything they touch. Furthermore, we are asking all employees to stay home if they are feeling at all under the weather. As of now, our door showroom is also open though we are following CDC suggestions of staying six feet apart and keeping things thoroughly sanitized.
These are extraordinary times and we are operating day to day like most Americans and really, the world. While we need to work together to slow the spread of this virus, and that means social distancing and staying home, we will still be available for all your door needs. Nobody needs a broken garage door during these times of inclement weather in Northern California and Nevada and that’s why we are still operating. Our business will continue to provide employees and customers with peace of mind during these times of unrest.
